Comfortable room, pleasant atmosphere, excellent amenities, especially the outdoor swimming pool and kids club, contributed to a relaxing stay, with easy access to the beach, making it perfect for a short getaway.

Had a fantastic breakfast that my kids just devoured, they couldn't get enough of the pancakes and fruits,, we even ordered extra to take back to our rooms! The staff were super friendly and always made the kids feel special, even giving them little treats during meals.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive,, but for the experiences we had, it seemed fair.

The kids loved the two-level water slide and the kids club was a hit. We enjoyed the Sunday family brunch, where there was food for every taste. The staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our non-service dog was allowed, which was a huge plus.

The reception area was a bit warm, making check-in uncomfortable, but it didn't ruin our overall experience.

Four pools provide plenty of space to relax. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of delicious options. I enjoyed the stunning sea views from my room. The location is perfect, close to both the beach and local attractions. 🌊

Bathrooms in family rooms lack basic door locks!!! The property appears dated in many areas and renovation closures can be frustrating!!!

staying at pullman was fantastic! the breakfast service was top-notch, especially thanks to chef jenna who made the perfect omelettes. justine and pim were so attentive and helpful with local tips. we loved the spa experience at home with kerstin florian products. the location is ideal for nearby attractions too!

The tropical gardens transported me to paradise, surrounded by vibrant colors and scents. The outdoor swimming pools were a total oasis, perfect for lounging or a quick dip. Breakfast at Sails was an absolute delight with a wide array of choices for every taste.

Amazing hotel with excellent wi-fi, a fantastic outdoor swimming pool, and a friendly 24-hour reception. I remember the staff helped me with a warm drink during my first stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing beachfront experience with great amenities

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this resort. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful Karon Beach, and our ocean view room was spacious and beautifully designed. We especially loved the multiple pools, the vibrant breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options, and the excellent spa treatments. One thing that could be improved is the speed of service during peak times, as we experienced a few delays.
